Thumbnail card image size should be a minimum of 720px x 405px (16:9 ratio)
Resolution should be 72dpi
Accepted file formats are .png (non-transparent) and .jpg
Other Considerations
If using a .png, ensure that the image doesn’t have a transparent background.
Light coloured images should be avoided is there is a text overlay. Lighter images with a white text overlay could cause contrast accessibility issues.
