Accepted file formats are .png (non-transparent) and .jpg
Other Considerations
Images are required even when using a video in case of video playback issues
If using .png, ensure that the image doesn’t have a transparent background.
Light coloured hero images should be avoided as the text overlay is white. Lighter hero banner images with a white text overlay could cause contrast accessibility issues.
Avoid using text in your hero image.
Candid images (images where people aren’t looking at the camera) are recommended for a more professional look and feel.
